The first, I have ever owned! With absolutely no pretense of being unruffled by the fact. No matter that it was bought from a restaurant supplier, out of a locked, glass refrigerator in a room with health code regulated, stainless steel tables - and not off the back of an ancient station wagon from a slightly secretive, beret bearing Frenchman. Nineteen grams of subterranean growth, now here in it's jar in the darkness of my fridge, stinking up some eggs, until I can bear to part with it and eat it.
